BUA a sushi restaurant/ my first restaurant review

The restaurant I am reviewing today is BUA, this restaurant is located in town Brookhaven, click the word BUA to visit their website. If you are a picky eater this restaurant wouldn't taste as good as for someone that is not a picky eater. First off the edamame (soy beans) is very good and arrives warm with salt on top making it taste more fresh. Don't be afraid to try it, it's good, in the image above the things that look like green beans is the edamame, when eating edamame be sure to not eat the shell, only eat the beans inside. They also have miso soup, miso soup is a delicious Japanese soup that has tofu which is good not the bad kind, it also has scallions and seaweed so if you see in the picture above what I am eating is the miso soup. They also have a fantastic California roll, but when you get it if you do not want fish eggs on it ask it without fish eggs. The California roll contains avocado, crab, cucumber, rice with sesame seeds and seaweed. Remember if you are a kid that doesn't know what to eat or where to go to eat read my blogs, if you are a parent as your child if they would like to go there to eat food.  And if you like sushi come to BUA a sushi restaurant located at town Brookhaven.
